La Manga Club Golf

Situated on the glorious Mar Menor with panoramic views to the sea and surrounding hills, the spectacular La Manga Club has been recognised as the best sports and leisure resort in Europe, and the most defining feature that has earned it this reputation is the La Manga Club golf facilities. Not only does it have three championship level 18 hole courses designed by world renowned architects, it also boasts a further 18 hole pitch & putt course designed by the much loved and respected Spanish golfer Severiano Ballesteros.

La Manga Club Golf Courses

North Course – Designed by architect Robert Dean Putman, this is a great course to play for golfers of all experience levels with a par of 71 and length of 5,753 metres, large greens, tight fairways and a number of storm gullies providing natural hazards.

South Course – Also designed by Mr. Putman, this course is longer than the north at 6,500 metres and has a par of 73 with challenging water hazards coming into play on 15 holes and a variety of tricky dog-legs on the back nine holes. This superb course has been the venue for PGA Championships and a number of Spanish Opens.

West Course – Designed by architect Dave Thomas, the elevations on this par 72, 5,770 metre long course are very varied, and combined with storm gullies and the wind factor on the lofty heights of the 18th hole, make it a challenging course to play with spectacular views.

Pitch & Putt – Mr. Ballesteros has done us proud on this excellent and very picturesque par 47 pitch & putt course where players can concentrate on their short game with a variety of left to right and right to left putts on the greens, water hazards and real bunkers.
